All order deliveries are made daily from 09:00 – 17:00 at the place.

For your convenience, the shipment of your order is made by the cooperating courier company Speedex Courier, daily from 09:00 – 17:00 and at the place of your choice.

Orders placed on business days, provided the product is available, are usually delivered in 1-3 business days in Northern Greece.

For the rest of the areas within Greece, the delivery takes place within 2 to 4 working days, (except for areas with the designation “Inaccessible”, by the courier company), the delivery of your order takes place within 4 to 7 working days)

The above delivery times depend on the delivery option at your place or in a courier store.

For all orders over 60 € shipping is free. Inaccessible areas with an additional cost of 1 € are excluded.

For orders under € 60 and for all payment methods, the shipping cost through the courier company and the charges are as follows:

1) Up to 2Kg 2.5 €
2) Increase of 0.80 € for each additional kilo.

The cost of cash on delivery is 1.40 €

For orders within Kozani, deliveries are made within the same or the next day, as long as the order is sent by 13:00 of the previous day.

For orders placed with a receipt from the store, the product is locked in the store for 48 hours. After 48 hours, if the order has not been completed, the product is automatically released and activated in the online store again.

Product Deliveries

You are picked up in front of the entrance of your house or apartment building and you are responsible for checking the products received. You must, in the presence of the transport company employee, unpack and check the integrity and condition of your products. If you notice bumps or broken parts of the product, you should not accept, but refuse to accept the product.
