Changes to products purchased online can also be made in our physical store. Refunds for these products can only be made online.


For all cases you wish to return the product you bought (change size / color / design, replacement, repair or refund), you must send a return request with the required information via e-mail to

Return request

Once we have verified your request, you will receive an e-mail notification of the return approval and instructions on how and where to send it.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packing bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packing is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to mark it. All details are listed below in the section: Returns of Non-Defective Products.

After sending, you will need to send an e-mail so that our system is updated. Once we receive your return you will receive an informative email again and then you will be informed of the final outcome of the request.

If it is a change of size / color / design or replacement, you will have to place a new order for the product you want after the return is approved. When placing this order, you must enter your refund request number in the comments field, as if you skip this step, the new product will be sent to you with a regular charge (ie the value of the product you return will not be taken into account) .

Product Changes

If you wish to change the product you purchased – and only if the product has not been used – you must submit a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval request.

Changes within Greece

For orders within Greece, the first change is made without any charge, while for each change after the first, the charge is € 3.00 per product.

Changes outside Greece

For orders outside Greece, the customer returns with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

Wrong shipments

In the unusual case where the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must submit a Return Request within 5 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the request. In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.

Note: The return is always made with the Speedex Courier, from which the product was received.

Returns of non-defective products

In order to return the products:

They must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the identification card together with all designer cloth labels must be attached to the product, along with all the accompanying documents (eg Retail Receipt). Sale – T.D.A. etc.).
The user is obliged to try the product he bought without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.
In case of return of shoes, it is not allowed to stick labels and packing tapes on the packing box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.
For reasons of hygiene, no returns are made on underwear (boxers, briefs, etc.)

If all the above conditions are met, we replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at by the partner courier. The cost of return and new shipment is borne by the user with 5.00 euros regardless of the amount.

Returns of Defective Products

Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt or that show a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products have an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available otherwise the customer can choose any other item desired. However, reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real. The user will be informed about the progress of his complaint. Where possible, will repair the defective product.

Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs.

If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.

Refund / Right of Withdrawal

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must submit a Return Request within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 7 days of approval of the Request. After the return is made and it is found that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid (including shipping costs, if any) . If the payment has been made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to a bank account that you indicate to us, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us.

In cases of refund you will be charged only with the cost of returning the product, as the return of the product will have to be done at your own expense. If you are in Greece and choose to return the product with the courier cooperating with us and the recipient’s charge, you will be deducted from the refund amount of € 3.00 per product, respectively, to cover the shipping costs.

Finally, in the event that before the refund process there is a free change in the specific product, there will be an additional charge of € 3.00 to cover the shipping costs of the change, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case you cancel your order, the refund of the money pledged from his credit or debit card will be done in the same way as the payment of his order. In case of COD, the amount will be paid to a bank account that you indicate to us.
